Communications & IT Coordinator
Description
Are you a Communications and IT professional looking for a great opportunity to work with an NGO? At Habitat for Humanity Fiji, we make a big difference in the lives of people that really need our help. We are looking for a new Communications & IT Coordinator. At Habitat for Humanity Fiji we build Shelter and provide WaSH facilities, as well as provide assistance in disaster response situations. Therefore, as our Communications & IT Coordinator you’ll be at the heart of our visibility and success. Personal Specification
- Degree or related qualification in Journalism or Information Systems.
- Experience in media stakeholder management.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient with social media platforms and content creation.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, preferably MS365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Knowledge of IT system management and networks.
- Group 2 full driving license with at least 3 years driving experience and clean driving record.
- Candidates must not have a criminal record, or similarly any pending legal action against them.

Human Resources Manager

Personal Specification
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and managing a team.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Knowledge of payroll systems.
- Competence to build and effectively work in a multicultural environment.
- Flexible to travel domestically and internationally.
- Group 2 full driving license with at least 3 years driving experience and clean driving record.

Volunteer Coordinator

Do you have experience in Volunteer Coordination? and are you looking for a great opportunity to work with an NGO? We are looking for a new Volunteer Coordinator to lead our volunteer teams, therefore, as our Volunteer Coordinator you’ll be working at the very heart of our communities. Personal Specification
- Diploma or Degree or higher qualification in Tourism, Social Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role and managing teams.
- Experience in coordinating briefings, tours, programs, and activities for diverse communities.
- Experience in working with volunteer groups.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible to travel domestically and internationally.
