She Fixes It - Empowering Women, Strengthening Homes
The She Fixes It campaign is a fundraiser targeting women living in urban and informal settlements in the Greater Suva area. The fundraiser aims to raise $100,000 to train 200 women across urban and informal settlements in basic plumbing skills—a vital yet overlooked part of safe and adequate housing.
Women will be equipped with essential plumbing skills and knowledge so that they can effectively manage and maintain their home plumbing systems and water supply points. Since women are often the primary users of water in households, upskilling them in plumbing maintenance, repairs, and water-saving practices ensures they can oversee and sustain the efficiency of water usage at home.

Why Women?
Women are the primary users and managers of household water. When water is safe and accessible, they can: nourish their families, maintain hygiene and health lead community resilience
