Strengthening Resilience Through Safe Water at Tau Primary School
Access to basic services is a key component of adequate housing. At Habitat for Humanity Fiji, our work goes beyond homes. We also support schools to strengthen essential services, particularly access to safe and reliable water. At Tau Primary School, which serves 150 students and supported by 8 teachers (seven of whom live on-site in staff quarters), we identified critical gaps in water, sanitation, and hygiene infrastructure. In response, we implemented a tailored solution to address the school’s specific needs.
