Investing in People, Strengthening Communities
Through the Negotiated Partnership Project, three Habitat Fiji staff members completed specialized training to strengthen community engagement and technical capacity. Arieta Baleivale and Mereoni Tabuanicava earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to enhance climate resilience training, while Colin Rokobuli completed a practical construction course to support safer, sustainable building. These investments boost both individual growth and long-term impact across communities.
